【摘要】：
导语：近日在山东烟台中集来福士（CIMC RAFFLES）建造完成并成功下水的H1305半潜式钻井平台下部船体，是烟台中集来福士按照挪威北海海域使用要求建造的，该船体全部使用威旗科技生产制造的威旗牌无机硅酸锌车间底漆作为建造过程中的防护底漆，产品防护效果得到了船东和船厂的高度好评。
2017年11月12日，中集来福士为挪威NORTH SEA RIGS AS 公司设计建造的GM4-D 3# Beacon Pacific 北海深水半潜式钻井平台下船体在烟台建造基地1#码头开始滑移下水，于2017年11月12日15点顺利平移到驳船。
GM4-D 3# Beacon Pacific半潜式钻井平台下船体总长为106.75米，宽73.7米，高34米，重约11540吨。平台满足NMA，NORSOK，PSA等的规范要求，并入级DNV船级社。此次H1305下船体下水完成标志着下船体船台阶段性工作的顺利完成，并为该项目大合拢顺利进行奠定了坚实的基础。
